Role Overview

KPI People Ltd is seeking an experienced Facilities Administrator to join their team in Newbury. As a 2nd Shift Facilities Admin, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of facilities management on the 2nd shift.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process warranty claims in a timely manner
  • Ensure extended warranty claims are processed and compliant with documents and procedures
  • Provide constructive feedback and solutions to Service Managers when claims are rejected or reduced
  • Follow up on outstanding claim payments
  • Arrange for parts shipments and digital checks

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years Warranty Administration experience in a franchised dealership
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Availability to work Monday to Friday (8am - 6pm)

What We Offer:

  • An estimated salary range of £28,000 - £32,000
