Facilities Operations Coordinator

Job Overview: As a Facilities Operations Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating facilities operations across various projects.
Job Type: Full-time, contract, inside IR35, MOD/Defence sector.
Clearance Requirements: High-level security clearance is required or the ability to obtain it.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and manage resource-loaded plans that account for facility and project activities, ensuring informed decision-making.
- Create and oversee production maintenance outage plans to ensure seamless execution.
- Cultivate strong relationships with Project Managers, plan owners, and key stakeholders to integrate individual facility and project programs into a cohesive Integrated Plan.
- Promote collaboration between Facility Operations and program leadership to synchronize planning efforts.
- Integrate business and project risks into the Integrated Plan and engage the Risk Manager to provide valuable scenario analysis.
- Develop the Integrated Plan to offer Facility and project resource metrics, identifying constraints, inefficiencies, and opportunities.
- Lead the assessment of schedule risk, identify optimization opportunities, and provide performance reports to enhance program management's understanding of dependencies and limitations.
- Perform duties in accordance with established procedures and industry best practices.
- Act as the project's schedule integrator, combining multiple delivery schedules into a single Integrated Master Schedule.
- Provide detailed planning when suitable delivery schedules are lacking.
We seek a candidate with expertise in planning and scheduling principles and experience in the MOD/Defence sector. The salary range for this role is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, based on experience.
