We are partnering with a leading international Facilities Management services provider to recruit a Senior Facilities Manager - Cost Estimation Specialist. As part of their successful projects division, you will be working on various initiatives to deliver exceptional results.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced facilities professional to join our client's team as a Senior Facilities Manager - Cost Estimation Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing cost estimation services for various projects, ensuring that all estimates are accurate and meet the required standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Provide expert cost estimation services for various projects
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Conduct site visits to gather data and assess project requirements
  • Prepare and present detailed cost estimates to clients and stakeholders

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in a relevant field such as construction management or quantity surveying
  • Extensive experience in cost estimation and project management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
