We are seeking aClickUp Leadto drive productivity, streamline project management processes, and enhance collaboration across departments usingClickUp, our project management tool.
Position Overview : TheClickUp Leadwill be responsible for overseeing and managing the implementation, optimisation, and continuous improvement of ClickUp as the central project management and workflow tool within the company.
This role will work closely with various teams, including R&D, sales, marketing, finance, ops and supply chain, to ensure smooth integration, optimal use, and alignment with company objectives.
The ClickUp Lead will also train team members, develop best practices, and ensure the system is leveraged effectively to manage projects, timelines, and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities : ClickUp Implementation & Optimisation : Lead thecustomisation and configurationof ClickUp to suit the companys unique task and project management needs.
Oversee thetransitionof ongoing and upcoming tasks and projects into ClickUp, ensuring smooth adoption across teams.
Develop and maintainworkflows, task automations, templates, and project boards for various departments, including R&D, clinical teams, operations, and marketing.
System Administration & Maintenance : Serve as thesystem administratorfor ClickUp, ensuring all users have appropriate access and understanding of the tool.
Ensure the platform is continuously updated, and that features are being utilised effectively to support team productivity.
Troubleshoot issues and liaise withClickUp supportwhen necessary.
Project & Task Management : Overseeproject timelines, milestones, and dependenciesin ClickUp, ensuring teams are adhering to schedules and deliverables.
Ensure all project updates, status reports, and tasks are accurately reflected in ClickUp forreal-time transparencyacross teams.
Monitor task progress and help teams prioritise activities and mitigate potential delays.
Training & Support : Train and onboard employees across all departments in thebest practices for using ClickUp, from project managers to entry-level staff.
Develop and maintaintraining materialssuch as user guides, video tutorials, and FAQs.
Act as the go-to expert for all ClickUp-related questions, providing continuous support and guidance.
Collaboration & Integration : Ensure ClickUp is effectivelyintegrated with other toolsused within the company (e.g., Slack, Google Drive, CRM systems).
Facilitatecross-departmental collaborationthrough shared project boards, team dashboards, and regular reporting.
Reporting & Analytics : Create and managecustom dashboardsand reporting within ClickUp to provide insights into project progress, team productivity, and resource allocation.
Use ClickUp data to provideKPIs and metricsfor leadership and team meetings, helping to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for improvement.
Continuous Improvement : Stay up-to-date on new ClickUp features and functionality, ensuring the company takes advantage of relevant updates.
Continuously assess andimprove project management processes, enhancing team efficiency and alignment.

Key Qualifications : Experience : Degree/ Diploma in Business Operations / Project Management or work experience equivalent.
Certification in ClickUp 3+ yearsof experience in project management, workflow optimisation, or system administration.
2+ years of experience working with ClickUp(or a similar project management tool) in an administrative or lead capacity.
Skills & Competencies : Expertise inClickUp configuration, customisation, and optimisation.
Strong understanding ofproject management methodologies(e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Ability to work cross-functionally, managing multiple stakeholders across departments.
Excellent organisational skills, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Outstandingcommunication skills, with the ability to train, guide, and support users at various technical levels.
Technical Skills : Proficiency inClickUpand other relevant project management tools.
Understanding ofintegrationsbetween ClickUp and other tools (e.g., Slack, CRM systems, or Google Workspace).
Familiarity withproject management toolsand the ability to create custom dashboards and reports.
