Are you an exceptional Clinical Lead seeking an exciting new opportunity to make a difference in our clients nursing home?

Royal Blue Healthcare are searching for an excellent **Clinical **Lead to work at a Medium nursing home in Coventry for a recently acquired home.

Home specializes in taking care of patients with dementia and mental health conditions.

**Role Requirements**:

- Hold a current and valid NMC pin.
- Have relevant management experience.
- Excellent clinical and management skills.
- Prior experience in a nursing home setting.
- Flexible approach.
- Integrity and caring nature.
- Great organisational skills.
