Salary: DOE -  Dependant on Experience We are seeking a highly organised and proactive School Administrator to join one of our schools, a thriving middle school located in Wimborne.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual who enjoys a busy and varied role within an educational setting.
Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative support to staff, students, and parents Manage student attendance records and ensure accurate data entry Handle general office duties, including calls, emails, and correspondence Maintain accurate records on the school's system (experience with Arbor or similar systems preferred) Support the smooth running of day-to-day operations, including preparing reports and processing forms Assist with student enrolments, records, and data management Contribute to the effective running of the school office, maintaining a welcoming and efficient environment Desired Skills and Experience: Experience working in a school or similar administrative environment is desirable Familiarity with Arbor or any school attendance system is highly preferred Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent communication skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment while maintaining accuracy A friendly and approachable manner with both staff and students Why Join Us: Join a supportive and friendly team in a dynamic school environment Opportunities for professional development Competitive salary and benefits package Support from a dedicated Recruitment consultant If you have the skills and enthusiasm to make a positive impact in our school, we would love to hear from you
