As a member of the Education, Learning and OD Team you will act as the first point of contact in the Education, Learning and Organisational Development Team for all queries and processes related to learning and development programmes delivered by Education, Learning and Organisational Development Team.
To lead on the development, preparation and publishing of e-learning materials and other digital training packages at United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust.
Main duties of the job The successful candidate will possess excellent IT skills and must also be a confident communicator with the ability to liaise accurately with a wide range of different professional groups (both clinical and non-clinical).Among your skills will be the ability to work in a fast moving, challenging environment while being able to keep focused on the job in hand.The successful candidate will also have the following skills:- Be able to analyse problems and suggest suitable solutionsBe able to prioritise tasks, work to deadlines and manage own timeGood keyboard skills, coupled with working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeGood listening skillsEffective negotiation and influencing skillsHave the ability to maintain confidentiality at all timesBe able to work effectively in a teamAdaptable to changeAbility to travel across all trust sites About us Lincoln Hospital is a thriving university city and with the opening of the medical school, it provides all major specialties and a 24-hour major accident and emergency service United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust has been granted teaching hospital status, after demonstrating evidence to significant teaching commitment.

Grantham and District Hospital serves the communities of Grantham and the local area.
It provides ambulatory paediatric and accident and emergency services.
Lincolnshire Community Health Services NHS Trust (LCHS) and United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust (ULHT) have come together in a Group arrangement, with the goal of improving the care provided to patients across the county.
This will not constitute a formal merger of the two organisations, but will bring the Trusts together under a single Board and Executive Leadership Team, with the goal of improving the care that is provided to patients both in the community and in hospitals across Lincolnshire.
Both Trusts will retain their separate statutory names and legal obligations.
The Group will be known as Lincolnshire Community and Hospitals NHS Group (LCHG).

Person Specification Qualifications Essential Level 3 to 5 standard of education ( A-level/NVQ/BTEC/Certificate or Diploma of Higher Education/HNCs/HNDs) or equivalent experience Level 2 Certified English and Maths (GCSE/Functional Skills) Desirable CIPD Level 3 (Foundation Certificate) or equivalent qualification or experience E-learning related qualification Certificate in Online Learning, Certified e-Learning Professional Experience Essential Previous experience providing administrative support in a busy environment, including diary management and other complex administrative processes Previous experience providing administrative support and co-ordination to multiple individuals or teams Experience of analysing and interpreting information to make decisions, develop solutions and solve problems Experience of making improvements in relation to systems and administrative processes Demonstrable ability to handle, resolve and escalate enquiries and pass on information promptly Knowledge and understanding of working in a wider system of integrated care Experience of working independently and as part of a team Desirable Experience and knowledge of the ESR System Previous experience within an OD or Training or HR environment Experience of financial processing and/or tracking budget spend Previous experience within the NHS Experience of supporting projects Experience of supervising a group of staff Evidence of particular skills, knowledge and aptitudes Essential Awareness and Knowledge of the dignity in care agenda.
