The department is made up of various teams and the People Services Administrator will play a key role within the central administrative team.Reporting to the People Services Department Coordinator and working within a small team of professional administrators, you will provide administrative support for the University's Health and Safety workstream and a range of staff engagement initiatives focused on Organisational Development, Learning and Development and other People Services projects and activities.You will have strong administrative and organisational skills and experience in a project support or administrative role, ideally within an HR, Health & Safety and/or Organisational Development/ Learning and Development setting.
You will thrive in a busy environment that requires the ability to multi-task effectively, and will be confident and professional.
You will be comfortable working to tight deadlines and dealing with high volumes of administration whilst maintaining a high level of accuracy.
You will require personal judgement to deal with and resolve day to day problems/work related issues within established processes and procedures.
You will require be required to gain comprehensive knowledge of procedures and systems relevant to the role together with a sound appreciation of the work activities of the broader team.This is a hybrid working role where the current requirement is a minimum of two days worked on campus however, there may be a requirement for additional days to be on site to attend meetings and/or training and is subject to change to meet the needs of the business.If you have any further questions about this role please email.
