Human Resources Coordinator

Agency reference number: J85783 Location: London Contract: 6-8 weeks with possibility to extend Pay Rate: £16 per hour PAYE Working hours: Part-time (14 hours per week) Working pattern: Remote working An exciting position has arisen for a Part-time HR Coordinator to join the team at global membership body.
role will play a key role in managing the recruitment and onboarding process.
Key responsibilities of the role: Create and post engaging job adverts for internal and external campaigns, using an Application Tracking System (ATS) to manage the application process Coordinate interviews and provide timely feedback to candidates Support the wider People team with the sponsorship strategy, ensuring full compliance throughout the recruitment process General administrative duties Assist in organising new starter inductions, ensuring all relevant departments receive necessary information Ideal candidate profile: Proven experience in an Administrative/HR/Recruitment environment Experience with ATS systems Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage with individuals at all levels and from diverse backgrounds A positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to take on challenges This vacancy will be actively shortlisted so early applications are encouraged to avoid missing out.
