As a Human Resources Assistant, your main responsibilities will involve providing support to the HR department in various aspects of employee relations and administration. Some specific tasks you may be responsible for include:

- Recruitment support: You may help with job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks.
- Onboarding: You may help with preparing new hire paperwork, scheduling orientation and training, and coordinating with other departments to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
- Employee relations: You may assist with maintaining employee records, responding to employee inquiries, and helping to resolve employee issues.
- Benefits administration: You may help with administering employee benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other benefits programs.
- Compliance: You may assist with maintaining compliance with federal and state employment laws, regulations, and policies.
- Administrative support: You may perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing schedules and calendars.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have strong organisational skills. You should also have knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws, as well as experience with HRIS systems and other HR-related software. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, but not always required.

**Salary**: £22,144.00-£23,932.00 per year
