Human Resources Administrator (Hybrid)

£20,000 - £22,000

37.5 hours a week: Mon - Fri: 09:00 - 17:30

Main duties include:

- Effectively utilise bespoke HR systems, ensuring all employees adhere to requirements and log tasks correctly.
- Organise and maintain employee personnel files ensuring accuracy and compliance under GDPR and other data security protocols
- Organise the daily duties to ensure workload is within timelines with efficient service, liaising with line managers when required.
- Produce monthly reports for senior management
- Has experience in an administrative role
- Has good communication skills
- Is competent on the Microsoft Package
- Is educated to higher level or has equivalent experience in similar role
