We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Service Delivery Manager to lead a team of HR administrators, providing exceptional support to our UK business from our Glasgow or Lancashire Shared Service Centre. In this role, you will oversee the efficient delivery of HR services, ensuring customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

The Role:

This is a key leadership position within Agility Resourcing, responsible for delivering exceptional HR services to our UK business. As a Human Resources Service Delivery Manager, you will:

  • Lead a team of HR administrators, providing strategic direction and guidance.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve service efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback on service performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection legislation and company policies.
  • Promote a culture of excellence, encouraging innovation and continuous learning.
