If so, we'd love to hear from youReporting to the Strode Park House Registered Manager, you will provide an important liaison service to external therapy provision for the nursing home. Job OpportunityAs Therapy & Quality Liaison (qualified) you will also:·        Be responsible for the liaison of referrals to community therapy teams, where appropriate, acting as a lead point of contact·        Support (alongside Deputy Managers/Lead Nurses) to view, co-ordinate and if appropriate, participate in assessments for admissions and discharges·        Liaise and link with external agencies where people use our services are referred to or engaged with·        Work alongside the wider team to adapt and support our current activity timetable with innovation and creativityStrode Park House is a 19th Century Victorian Manor House set in 14 acres of beautiful grounds in the picturesque village of Herne, Kent.As a Strode Park Foundation colleague you will get comprehensive support from day one and receive training and development opportunities to develop your skills.Strode Park House is a residential home with nursing care for 55 adults with physical disabilities and complex needs. We've been delivering care since 1946, and this residential home is where it all started.The team at Strode Park House ensures our residents live in a safe and secure environment; each person's individual wellbeing, dignity and choice is vitally important within the community of residents who live at or come for a short break.
