Job Summary
Kent Community Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in East Kent. The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in occupational therapy, registration with the relevant professional body, and a demonstrated commitment to respiratory care and management. The salary for this role is £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Main Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement personalized care plans for patients with respiratory disease, focusing on enablement and support in the community.

• Deliver anxiety management programs to patients, incorporating both individual and group sessions, and monitor progress towards set goals.

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective communication, coordination, and delivery of high-quality patient care.
