Community Staff Nurse

Job summary We are currently seeking a RN to join theCommunity Nursing service.
The role involves providing holistic nursing care toadult patients in their own home or residential care setting.
Sucessfulapplicants will be required to hold a first level nursing registration with theNMC, additional training specific to the role can be provided.
Main duties of the job The Community nursing team provide both plannedand reactive care including Urgent Community Response.
