Executive Leadership Support & Office Management: Ensure smooth communication and operations by acting as the key point of contact between executives and internal/external clients.
Manage all office operations across multiple locations, ensuring services run efficiently.
IT & Office Equipment Management: Collaborate with the IT companies to ensure all office equipment functions correctly and employee issues are resolved promptly.
Maintain a detailed inventory of office computer equipment and manage company phone systems and cell phone plans, troubleshooting issues as needed.
