About the Role:

Pivotal Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Executive-Level Administrator/Office Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the administration and operations of our organization, ensuring seamless communication and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administration & Operations: Manage the day-to-day administration and operations of the organization, including IT, office equipment, and vendor relationships.
  • Executive Support: Provide administrative support to senior executives, ensuring effective communication and operational efficiency.
  • Social Media & Marketing: Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Travel & Calendar Management: Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and events for global executives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary:

$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
