We are seeking an experienced Office Operations Manager to join our team at Pivotal Recruitment Ltd.

About the Role:

This is a unique opportunity to work with a global market leading Chemical Distributor. We require a skilled and motivated individual with over 5 years of experience in administrative roles to manage our office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Office Operations Management:
    • Manage all office operations across multiple locations, ensuring services run efficiently.
  • Administrative Support:
    • Provide high-level administrative support to senior executives, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.
  • IT & Office Equipment Management:
    • Collaborate with IT companies to ensure all office equipment functions correctly and employee issues are resolved promptly.
  • Vendor & Supply Management:
    • Work directly with vendors to manage office supplies, including coffee and drinks, etc.

The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
