Responsibilities Manage and lead a team of support staff, ensuring they provide high-quality care to all service users Ensure that all service users' needs are met, and their care plans are up to date Liaise with external agencies and healthcare professionals to ensure that service users receive the appropriate care and support Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of support plans, making changes where necessary Ensure that all staff adhere to company policies and procedures Qualifications Previous experience in a similar role within the Health, Nursing & Social Care industry Excellent leadership and communication skills Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent INDSSS JBRP1_UKTJ
