Key Responsibilities:



  • Lead a team of support staff, ensuring they provide high-quality care to all service users

Requirements:



  • Previous experience in a similar role within the Health, Nursing & Social Care industry
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations
  • NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care or equivalent

About the Role:


This is a full-time, permanent position that offers a competitive salary of £12.72 per hour, reflecting the candidate's skills and responsibilities.
