HR Services are looking for a workflow coordinator to join our HR Advisory Service.
The primary function of the role is to provide the HR advisory and Employee Relations team with triage and allocation support when a new case and or query is sent into the team.
The team works closely with a wide range SME colleagues from the internal HR community to deliver a co-ordinated service to the business.

Connect to your opportunity Providing day to day HR advisory support to employees, people leaders and partners across Deloitte UK on case allocations which will include but is not limited to: Triaging the intake of high volume of new cases/queries through the ServiceNow queue, transferring cases into different assignment categories, assessing case priority and complexity, and undertaking key checks within the case Ensuring new cases in ServiceNow are created with the required information to progress cases in line with the established processes Auto allocate cases to available team members aligned to their skillset, case and complexity type, capacity, and previous experience Assigning investigation and hearing managers from a central pool to manage cases and conducting independence checks Own the case folder and document repository ensuring new case folders are created, documents are uploaded, and folders are archived on case closure, in accordance with GDPR and the Firm's retention standards Monitor the triage queue in accordance with the triage SLAs, delayed responses, unassigned and timed out cases Working with the wider team and knowledge article owners to improve self service and tier 1 support Capacity planning - awareness of upcoming volumes/projects and escalating any resource challenges to senior management Connect to your skills and professional experience You thrive being a team player, sharing knowledge, experience and ideas and enjoy collaborating with peers, the wider HR community, and the business to find the best fit solutions.
Understanding of Employee Relations processes such as sickness absence, performance management, grievance and misconduct Ability to assess cases in a timely and efficient manner, interpret data and use judgement to identify gaps in information, assess risk, and be confident in escalating where necessary to the management team or HR SME colleague Confident and effective communication skills maintaining a professional and positive attitude with excellent attention to detail Strong stakeholder management skills Actively participate in efforts to support and embed change across HR Services and the wider HR function as well as engaging with continuous service improvements.
Demonstrate commercial and environmental awareness, ensuring risks are mitigated as much as possible and confidentiality is maintained Accurate and timely recording of all HR Advisory matters in the case management tool (Service Now).
Other skills include: Adaptable to change and ways of working.
Software skills: Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint) and specific HR applications - of these, SAP, Success Factors and ServiceNow are desirable.
Industry knowledge: experience of working in professional services environment or alternatively a fast paced demanding HR role, with some experience of dealing with ER related issues and/or cases.
