The Team


As a Graduate Technical Support Engineer, you will work with customers to support and optimise the Egress products to a high standard to achieve the best customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores. You’ll be a critical problem solver working collaboratively with various internal Egress teams to ensure that technical challenges are handled quickly and appropriately.

The Egress Technical Support CX Graduate Engineer role offers you the opportunity to launch your successful career in tech supporting our fast-growing email security customer base covering the public, financial and professional services sectors. You will learn about email security, secure file sharing, and start your career in cyber security.


We are looking for people who have a real passion for technology and innovation and you don’t need any prior technical experience to apply. There has never been a more exciting time to join the tech industry, so why not start now?


The right person will be keen to gain the skills and experience you need to launch your professional life. You’ll begin your role in the Business Support team learning about our products and customers and the understanding the Email Security landscape. You will then rotate into our Professional Services team to learn how to deploy our products to customers, and the Technical Product Support team where you will further support our customers and their environments, working closely with other Egress departments on technical issues you may encounter.


Regardless of what subject you studied at university, we will provide you with the necessary tools to be successful in your role. For example:


  • Structured online learning using TalentLMS

  • Access to Skillsoft and Microsoft certifications


The Person


You have a strong analytical mind and an interest in developing tech skills that you want to apply to real-world situations.

You are curious and collaborative with a creative approach to problem-solving and a passion for technology.

You don’t need to have a background in tech, we welcome candidates from STEM degree subjects and universities, and you do not require any prior experience. If you’re open to learning new skills and working in exciting new environments, then this could be the perfect role for you. You will also need to be:


  • Educated to degree level
  • An excellent communicator
  • Passionate about a career in IT
  • Eligible to work in the US
