The opportunity

Based in Guildford, Surrey, Foresight Sports Europe is one of the fastest growing technology companies in the golf industry today. Thanks to the ongoing growth of the business, we are looking for a dynamic, hands-on Inside Business Development Representative within our inside sales team across the EMEA region. You will be part of a multilingual team and have the opportunity to work with our partner brands.

The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.


Your key responsibilities

  • Inbound enquiries, and customer service.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through outbound and inbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social media.
  • Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by engaging with potential clients and identifying their needs.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, account executives, and other sales team members to execute sales strategies and achieve team goals.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the company’s products/services, industry trends, and competitors to effectively address customer needs and objections.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, prospect interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and performance benchmarks.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven track record of working within an inside sales team.
  • Trade or consumer (ideally both) sales experience.
  • Strong understanding of the sales cycle.
  • Experience in the golf trade or a related industry is a strong plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of building relationships with both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales management tools.
