We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager, based in Ringwood, Hampshire. What You'll Do:Account Management: Take the lead in managing tier 1 and tier 2 accounts, ensuring ongoing client satisfaction.New Business Development: Devote 50% of your time to identifying and securing new business opportunities.Strategic Planning: Collaborate to develop long-term strategies that enhance business growth and marketing efforts.Client Relationships: Build lasting, trust-based relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the estimating and operations teams to deliver seamless service.Work Model: Hybrid - 1 day in the office, 3 days on-site with clients, 1 day working from home.What We're Looking For:Proven experience in business development, particularly in engaging local businesses.Strong background in facilities management or related industries.A focus on PPM clients and project management.Who We Are:We are a forward-thinking technical services company specialising in engineering solutions and facilities management.
