We are looking for an Administrative Finance Coordinator to join our team in Oldbury.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Commercial Manager and Operations team to meet contract expectations.
  2. Process and reconcile subcontractor payments.
  3. Review and verify work orders for accuracy and compliance.
  4. Liaise with clients and operations teams to secure necessary variations and manage risks.
  5. Prepare insightful reports for senior management.
  6. Maintain exceptional relationships with clients, supply chains, and internal teams.

To succeed in this role, you will need knowledge of MS Excel, financial systems, Schedule of Rates, and repair/maintenance processes. You will also require excellent organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities, as well as a proactive mindset.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £24,500 per annum.
