Role Summary:

The Commercial Administrator will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth contract execution. This includes processing payments, reviewing work orders, and preparing reports for senior management.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Process payments to subcontractors, resolving any discrepancies in a timely manner.
  2. Verify work orders for accuracy, ensuring compliance with financial systems and regulations.
  3. Liaise with clients and operations teams to negotiate necessary variations and manage risks.
What You'll Need:
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems, including MS Excel and Schedule of Rates.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple deadlines.
