About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organised and communicative Recruitment Support Specialist to join our Early Careers Recruitment team at Crowe UK.

This is a 12-month maternity cover contract, providing an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a challenging role with opportunities for professional development.

The successful candidate will be responsible for writing and placing job adverts, reviewing and updating recruitment literature, application and CV sifting, processing candidates, and providing administrative support.

They will also assist in coordinating assessment centres and interview days, liaise with HR on offers, and provide feedback to unsuccessful candidates.

In addition, they will attend recruitment events, promote the firm at schools and universities, and manage administration associated with our work experience programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Writing and placing job adverts
  • Reviewing and updating recruitment literature
  • Application and CV sifting
  • Processing candidates on the recruitment system
  • Providing administrative support to the Early Careers Recruitment team
  • Liaising with HR on offers
  • Attending recruitment events
  • Managing administration associated with our work experience programme
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in graduate/school leaver recruitment preferred
  • Highly organised and IT literate
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Approachable and robust personality
  • Willingness to travel between regional offices
