We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our Early Careers Recruitment Team at Crowe UK.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career in recruitment and make a real impact on our clients' businesses.

Responsibilities:

This role involves a wide range of tasks, including writing and placing job adverts, reviewing and updating recruitment literature, application and CV sifting, processing candidates, providing administrative support, liaising with HR, providing feedback to unsuccessful candidates, attending recruitment events, and managing administration associated with our work experience programme.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in graduate/school leaver recruitment preferred.
  • Highly organised.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Approachable.
  • Robust and confident personality.
  • IT literate.
  • Willing to travel between the regional offices

Benefits:

This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £28,000 per annum, as well as opportunities for career development and professional growth.
