Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Financial Process Specialist to join our team in Oldbury. As a key member of our commercial operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the profitability and efficiency of our contracts.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role, working with Schedule of Rates and preparing analytical reports. You will be proficient in MS Excel and possess excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Commercial Manager and operations teams to meet contract expectations.
  • Process and reconcile subcontractor payments, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Review and verify work orders for accuracy, compliance, and profitability.
  • Liaise with clients and operations teams to secure necessary variations and manage risks.
  • Prepare insightful reports for senior management, highlighting profitability and risk areas.
