Commercial Process Manager

We are looking for an Administrative Finance Coordinator to join our team in Oldbury.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Commercial Manager and Operations team to meet contract expectations.
- Process and reconcile subcontractor payments.
- Review and verify work orders for accuracy and compliance.
- Liaise with clients and operations teams to secure necessary variations and manage risks.
- Prepare insightful reports for senior management.
- Maintain exceptional relationships with clients, supply chains, and internal teams.
To succeed in this role, you will need knowledge of MS Excel, financial systems, Schedule of Rates, and repair/maintenance processes. You will also require excellent organisational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities, as well as a proactive mindset.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £24,500 per annum.
