Business Process Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to join our team as a Business Process Manager. This role plays a pivotal part in ensuring profitability, efficiency, and client satisfaction across contracts.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Commercial Manager, Operations, and team members to meet contract expectations. They will process and reconcile subcontractor payments, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
Liaising with clients and operations teams is crucial to secure necessary variations and manage risks. The successful candidate will prepare insightful reports for senior management, highlighting profitability and risk areas.
This role requires proficiency in MS Excel with a strong understanding of financial systems, Schedule of Rates, and repair/maintenance processes.
Estimated Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum. Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
