Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Commercial Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for processing subcontractor payments, reviewing work orders, and liaising with clients and operations teams.

About the Role:

  • Collaborate with the Commercial Manager and operations teams to meet contract expectations.
  • Process and reconcile subcontractor payments, ensuring timely resolution of discrepancies.
  • Review and verify work orders for accuracy, compliance, and profitability.
  • Liaise with clients and operations teams to secure necessary variations and manage risks.
  • Prepare insightful reports for senior management, highlighting profitability and risk areas.
  • Maintain exceptional relationships with clients, supply chains, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely payment of subcontractors.
  • Verify work orders for accuracy and compliance.
  • Manage and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel with a strong understanding of financial systems, Schedule of Rates, and repair/maintenance processes.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a similar role, working with Schedule of Rates, and preparing analytical reports is advantageous.
