About the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Intern to join our Offline Marketing team. This is a part-time role with flexible working hours. The primary focus of this position is to generate leads and drive sales through offline channels. The ideal candidate should be target-driven and possess strong communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Engage with university students who may be facing academic challenges and introduce our comprehensive academic mentorship services. These include:Research consultancyProofreading and editingReferencing and bibliography assistanceEstimated score predictionAcademic writing trainingYou will be expected to secure a minimum of 5 orders per day by effectively promoting these services.Identify and establish partnerships with local suppliers offering similar services to expand our network and drive additional business opportunities.Build connections with student groups and university clubs to increase awareness about our servicesStay in touch with potential clients, follow up on inquiries, and make sure existing clients are satisfied to get repeat business.Work with the team to create new ideas for promoting our services and getting more students interested.Encourage clients to refer other students by offering rewards or discounts.Visit student-rich areas such as places around university campuses and libraries to personally connect with students and pitch our academic services.Trial Period:You will be on a trial/probation period for the first month. Continuation of the association will depend on your performance during this period.Requirements:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
