Job Title: International Business Development Manager

Cosensa Learning and Development Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, both domestically and internationally.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scope, identify, and write tender and DPS submissions for opportunities within the Management and Leadership Skills Training sector both nationally and internationally.
  • Track, measure, and submit bids for future opportunities on DPS Frameworks.
  • Understand the scope of work, read RFIs/ITTs, and assist in strategy preparation.
  • Identify and help the Senior Management Team to overcome international Trade barriers.
  • Ensure timely completion of Pre-Qualification Questionnaires.
  • Schedule and coordinate various meetings from the kick-off meeting to determine strategy and identify wider Tender Team, to the final meeting to approve submission.
  • Project manage the compilation of information from various members of the team (internally and externally) to complete business tenders.
  • Commercial & technical qualification of all tenders ensuring risk mitigation.
  • Ensuring that tenders are delivered within the specified timescales, and delivered to the client in a compliant way.
  • Identify new partnership opportunities and develop new business, nurturing these relationships to support the continued growth and success of the company.
  • Ensure all communications are thoroughly and efficiently recorded on our internal CRM system.
Social Media Responsibilities:
  • Increasing followers and driving engagement: Boost the Cosensa company profile on all active social platforms by increasing followers and the amount of engagement (likes, comments, shares) received.
  • Develop written or visual posts to achieve this.
  • Strategising content and campaigns: To drive engagement, you'll be responsible for ideating and executing social campaigns that align with Cosensa's broader marketing strategies.
  • Analysing data: In addition to creative work, you'll also spend time analysing data to conclude how posts and content are performing.
  • Reporting metrics to key stakeholders: You will report your achievements or any problems that arise to the company directors; how you grow followers, increase engagement, and develop creative content and campaigns and other metrics.
  • Posting and monitoring social media platforms: You will take the lead on posting and monitoring all relevant social platforms.
Requirements:
  • Experience of using relevant software/tools e.g. Canva, Hootsuite.
  • Demonstrable experience of working with social media across different platforms in particular LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Good writing and editing skills as well as an eye for design.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of the training sector.
  • Previous experience in Tendering/Commercial environment.
  • Competent in completing the full tender process from ITT receipt through to Contract Award.
  • Proven track record in securing high-value contracts.
  • Experience in compiling responses to public procurement tenders in the Training Industry in the UK/Ireland.
  • Excellent project-management skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
