As the Customer Retention Lead - 12m FTC you will be responsible for leading the retention workstream within this growing financial services business. You will be joining them on a 12 month contract, to really help drive retention forward.Client DetailsMy client is a well established financial services organisation with offices on the Kent/London boarder. They offer a collaborative and supportive culture, but strive for success and resultsDescriptionAs the Customer Retention Lead - 12m FTC you will have the following responsibilities:Lead the retention workstream within the UK strategy, understanding the drivers of attrition and identifying the biggest opportunities for retentionIncrease retention of high value and potential customersImprove customer journeys and outcomesYou will lead a cross-functional project team to solve problems, as well as design and deliver solutionsProvide regular updates to the business.ProfileThe successful Customer Retention Lead - 12m FTC will have the following:Demonstrable experience within a similar Customer Retention / Customer Loyalty / Customer Journey/experience roleExperience in strategies and tactics to retain customers and increase loyalty - covering propositional solutionsExperience producing status reports, presentations, and metricsException communication skills - you will be expected to provide regular updates to senior managementExperience within financial services would be environment, failing that you must have experience within a customer first businessJob OfferA competitive packageBased on the Kent / London boarderHybrid working12 month FTC
