Customer Retention Manager Position

The Lead Customer Retention Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase customer retention and reduce churn for RedCat Solutions Ltd, a leading company in the industry. This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and execute customer retention strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including sales, marketing, and customer service teams.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns to retain customers.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer retention and customer success roles, preferably in a subscription-based business.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret customer data and develop strategies to improve retention.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

£70-85k + 20% bonus + benefits
