Location: Milton Keynes - Hybrid 1 day in office per week

Contract: Permanent

Salary: 60K-65K

Reports to: Head of People

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Head of People and Senior Management to develop and implement the HR strategy across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, wellbeing initiatives, recruitment, and performance management.
  • Drive HR projects, including salary benchmarking, employee engagement, and talent management initiatives.
  • Act as a change agent, supporting business transformation in line with company objectives.
  • Proactively analyse HR data and trends to support strategic decision-making and improve HR systems.
  • Support training initiatives and coach managers on HR best practices, including performance management and legal matters.


Ideal Candidate

  • Proven track record in HR as an experienced Consultant or People Partner.
  • CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent.
  • Strong experience in HR strategy, with a focus on employee engagement, recruitment, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead HR projects and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
