Job Description

As a Senior Strategic Partnership Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and

managing strategic partnerships to drive lead generation and broaden our customer

proposition. This role requires a proactive individual who can identify and cultivate

relationships with key partners, create and execute lead-generation strategies, negotiate

commercial contract and collaborate with our sales and marketing team to achieve

Sunswap’s commercial sales objectives.


Primary location: Leatherhead, KT22 7BA, UK

Salary: up to £70,000 + 20% Bonus

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify new opportunities for partnership development, lead generation and/or provide services that improve our customer offering.
  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies through partnerships to achieve sales and revenue targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance partnership strategies.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, including terms, conditions, and commissions, that will maximise the proposition value for both parties.
  • Monitor and analyse partnership performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of lead generation efforts


Qualifications & experience:

  • Strong experience within a Strategic Partnership role managing all aspects of a full sales cycle.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and business development goals.
  • Previous experience in achieving success in selling a new-to-market product or service.
  • Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant business tools.
  • Ability to travel internationally as needed to support Sunswap’s European expansion.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Strong background in maintaining accurate records of all sales contracts, including amendments, addendums, and correspondence related to contract negotiations.
