Inclusive Consulting is delighted to be partnering with our highly regarded family support client in their search for a passionate Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser in Surrey.

This charity supports families with children who have life threatening illnesses, and provides respite care, bereavement support, and counselling across England.

In this role you will build and maintain a network of partners and take responsibility for a varied portfolio of accounts. You will be working on the corporate side of an already established team, managing a group of volunteers, and ensuring fundraising objectives are successfully met. Hybrid working will be possible after the first few months in the position after initial introduction to the role and getting to know the team.

This role would suit a confident individual looking to transfer from a sales or business focused role, into an industry geared towards making a difference and bettering the lives of others. You must have excellent communication and relationship building skills, and a sociable attitude as you will be running fundraising events and meeting charity supporters regularly.

This is an opportunity to join a ‘Top 25’ charity to work for, and play a key role in bettering the lives of very ill children and their families through your networking and account management skills.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work collaboratively to plan and deliver engagement and fundraising plans
- Research and identify new business opportunities
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of accounts
- Identify key decision makers and use strong negotiation skills to articulate the benefits of a partnership
- Work with the Engagement team to prepare and present high-quality new business proposals, pitches and presentations
- Develop project plans to support work programme activity that identify key milestones, success criteria and resource requirements
- Work with the Engagement team to create marketing materials to inspire, support and ensure every supporter feels valued, appreciated and informed

**Key Attributes**
- Relevant fundraising experience working with businesses
- Proven experience of prospect management and winning new business
- Strong negotiation, networking and relationship management skills
- Knowledge of fundraising charity law
- Motivating, empathetic and persuasive communicator
- Works with a sense of urgency, completing tasks in a timely manner
- Takes initiative, controlling all aspects of tasks from beginning to end
