Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Partnerships Fundraiser to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our Fundraising & Engagement team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with corporate partners to secure funding and support for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to identify and pursue new corporate partnerships, with a focus on securing significant funding and support.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing corporate partners, ensuring excellent stewardship and maximizing the value of these relationships.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities, using a range of tools and techniques to stay ahead of the competition.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality proposals and presentations to secure new business and grow existing partnerships.
  • Work closely with the Engagement team to create marketing materials and campaigns to inspire and engage supporters.
  • Provide excellent account management, ensuring that all corporate partners receive exceptional service and support.
  • Develop and manage project plans to support work programme activity, identifying key milestones, success criteria, and resource requirements.
  • Respond effectively and promptly to enquiries and requests from potential new supporters and relay information to internal contacts.

Requirements:

  • Relevant fundraising experience working with businesses, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven experience of project management, with the ability to develop and implement effective project plans.
  • Proven experience of winning new business, with a strong track record of securing significant funding and support.
  • Proven experience of effective account management, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners.

Special Competencies:

  • Strong negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
  • Competent in charity law as it applies to fundraising.
  • Proficient in the use of CRM databases and business processes.
