Company Secretarial Assistant

We are hiring a Company Secretarial Assistant to join our sizable and friendly trading client based in the city on a 12 month contract. This role will sit as part of the Company Secretaries office, supporting the senior assistant.
Working Model: Three days in the office, two days at home.
Salary: £400PD
Experience required: Experience working in a professional service or regulated working environment, experience working as part of the company secretary's office and knowledge in corporate governance. Excellent minute taking experience is required.
This role will play a crucial part for the 12 months months, attending extensive board meetings, taking minutes, coordinating the facilitation of meetings, and producing the meeting materials, while assisting in statory compliance and corporate governance.
This role will play a crucial part to the senior assistant supporting them in a big project.
Duties include:
- Facilitation of committee meetings
- Extensive minute-taking of meetings.
- Assisting with the preparation of meeting materials.
- Assisting with a range of company secretarial assistant duties.
- Maintenance of the group's corporate records.
- Carrying out company secretarial compliance for the group.
- Delivering on corporate governance.
Candidate required Experience:
- 2-3 years of previous experience working in a professional service or regulated working environment.
- Previous experience working as a company secretarial assistant
- Knowledge of corporate governanace.
- Excellent experience in taking and writing minutes of extensive board meetings
- High attention to detail.
- Strong stakeholder management experience.
- Highly organised.
