Customer Service Specialist - Fixed Term Contract for 12 months

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage customer communications and maintain high-quality service.
  • Offer digital support across various platforms, promoting the use of available tools.
  • Liaise with third-party suppliers to process purchase orders and resolve logistical queries.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders for smooth operations.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date data on systems.
  • Handle customer dissatisfaction, providing alternative solutions when necessary.
  • Adhere to export control and regulatory requirements.

Requirements :

  • GCSE grade C or above in English Language and Maths (or equivalent).
  • Experience with customer relationship management systems.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in a contact centre environment.
  • Familiarity with both business-to-business and consumer-based customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resilience and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong team player committed to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Resourcefulness and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for building trust, relationships, and enhancing the brand.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
