Based in either the Colchester or Ipswich office, our client is a top provider of financial services and advice to both business and private clients. They strongly value individual needs and contributions, offering you the chance to grow your career within the team, explore new areas of the business, or focus on your personal development.The roleLead a diverse team of Outsourcing analysts and Seniors across our Colchester and Ipswich offices with Partner Support inspiring, motivating and coaching the team to be the best they can be.Leading on the conversion of new business opportunities and delivering proposals to prospects through building internal relationships and external networking.Able to demonstrate that they have an extensive pragmatic working knowledge of bookkeeping.Able to confidently use software such as Xero, Sage, Dext, Quickbooks, ApprovalMax and Go Proposal as well as training others in the team to use them in an efficient way.Reviewing bookkeeping, management accounts and VAT Returns completed by team members.Managing the workflow of the Bookkeeping team.
