Estimated Salary: Up to £75K + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced professional with a track record of driving commercial efficiency and performance from BPO contracts. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of supplier risk and relationship management, as well as experience in managing outsourced/BPO suppliers in Print, Marketing, and Communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute clear supplier strategies (commercial, contractual, and risk) for our defined BPO service supplier.
  • Ensure contractual obligations, procurement policy, and business unit objectives are met and evidenced through regular routines.
  • Contribute to the establishment of future transformation capability required to improve, digitize, and automate services in line with regulatory guidelines.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrates a depth of SRM or Vendor Management experience, with knowledge and awareness of EBA and PRA regulations.
  • Extensive experience in managing outsourced/BPO suppliers in Print, Marketing, and Communications.
  • Able to apply knowledge of the UK outsourcing market to develop the supplier relationship strategy, balancing external trends against business objectives and desired customer outcomes.
  • Experience of driving performance in line with contractual KPI's and SLA's.
  • Experience of 3rd Party Risk (TP) - in accordance with Group Outsourcing Risk Policy.
  • Ideally Degree qualified.
