Job Summary

We have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Relationship Manager to join our client, a market-leading Global Insurance organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a business-critical BPO supplier and contributing to the development of best-in-class SRM processes.

This role requires someone with extensive experience in managing outsourced/BPO suppliers in Print, Marketing, and Communications, as well as knowledge of EBA and PRA regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage a business-critical BPO supplier to ensure contractual obligations, procurement policy, and business unit objectives are met and evidenced in regular routines.
  • Apply knowledge of the UK outsourcing market to develop the supplier relationship strategy, balancing external trends against business objectives and desired customer outcomes.
  • Experience of driving performance in line with contractual KPI's and SLA's.
  • Ensure compliance with Group Outsourcing Risk Policy.

Estimated Salary: £65,000 - £75,000 per annum
