About the Role

The Integration Lead will report to the Head of Procurement Transformation and be responsible for providing strategic support for procurement integration processes and continuous improvement within OCS UK & Ireland. You will work closely with the procurement category team and other key stakeholders to drive and embed changes arising from acquisitions and integration activity and continuous improvement initiatives.

You will analyse multiple sources of data to identify potential synergy opportunities, ensure smooth execution of contract migrations, deliver improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and value, and lead on Hive Up activities relating to M&A and internal legal entity changes and ERP changes.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with previous experience working in a procurement environment, strong change management and project management skills, and experience developing or improving policies and processes. You should also have an understanding of risk and how to mitigate, as well as cross-functional leadership, collaboration, and relationship building skills.

What We Offer

Competitive salary: £50,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience
