SDR TEAM LEAD - AMBITIOUS, AGILE DATA SERVICES CONSULTANCY

The Role

To found and develop the sales development function

Player/manager role

Hiring and management of new team members

Set and coach team to successfully hit targets

Help build out out best practice, processes, sales infrastructure

Hybrid role in London office

£65-£80k base + Performance bonus/OTE


The Candidate

Proven track record in lead generation function

Ideally 1yr+ experience leading a team

Experience in professional services around Data/Technology/Microsoft a big plus

Knowledge of SPIN selling a bonus

Clear sales methodology - BANT, MEDDIC

Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail
