Job Description

The Pearse Group is a collective of financial services focused boutique agencies. We've undergone significant growth over the past 12 months and have ambitious plans for 2025, including new geographies.


We're now looking for an exceptional office manager/PA to join the team to help facilitate our growth plans. This will be a hands on and very varied role, requiring the successful applicant to be one step ahead. There's opportunity to progress as the business grows, where no two days will be the same.


PA


  • Streamline the MD’s day to day activities, ensuring that personal & professional commitments and tasks are managed efficiently, allowing the MD to focus on the company’s broader goals.
  • Manage the diaries of MD and Director team
  • Coordinate and manage the scheduling of meetings and events for the director team including travel and accommodation management.
  • Support MD with personal admin assistance as and when requested, including but not exclusive to organising personal events, insurance, house moves etc.
  • Confirm client lunch and dinner meetings, providing a shortlist of relevant venues and continue regular communication with clients to confirm attendance.


Office Operations


  • Be the ‘go-to’ for all administrative tasks internally. This includes managing the grocery & office supplies orders, scheduling office maintenance and making sure the office is well presented at all times
  • Arrange offsite visits for the team, this includes planning up to x2 away trips each year with accommodation, flights, transfers for the group.
  • Managing our internal interim payroll and contracting supplier, assisting with interim invoicing and credit control.
  • Run IR35 checks on interim staff member and ensuring they are all fully compliant inline with legal and GDPR requirements.
  • As we grow into different geographies you be required to support with the logistical planning of expansion for both an office site and staff relocation.

Requirements


  • 2-4 years PA/ office management or operations experience
  • Experience in a recruitment or fast paced/high growth office environment
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Confident communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels and not afraid to push back when needed
