We are looking for a highly organised, and proactive PA / Personal Assistant and Office Manager to support the Founder of a West End world-renowned theatrical distribution, licencing and production company.  The Founder is looking for a PA / Personal Assistant and Office Manager to predominantly support him in an all encompassing position, whilst taking charge of all PA support for him directly (including business PA and private PA duties).  This is a busy and exciting opportunity, that is heavy on inbox management and scheduling - the ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently is key.

Based in stunning offices in the hear of the West End, supporting the Founder you will be exposed to a thrilling and rewarding working environment.

PA responsibilities:

  • scheduling 
  • inbox management 
  • local and international travel 
  • office management 
  • supporting with internal and external communications
  • team assistant support
  • invoicing, EXCEL, presentation and documentation 

As an integral part of the team, we are looking for a PA who is reliable, adept at multitasking, and able to remain calm under pressure.

Essential requirements: tech savvy and highly proficient in all Microsoft Office programmes, as well as having strong communication skills, great at building strong relationships with stakeholders, and experience in a boutique firm.

Benefits:

Initially this opportunity will be based in the West End office 5 days per week.

Benefits include uncapped theatre tickets (any production); private healthcare; pension; bonus; core hours 10am-6pm; the office is closed between Christmas and new year.

We are looking for individuals who have PA and Office Management experience and proven longevity supporting at MD level.

  • preparation presentations for investor meetings
  • preparing weekly newsletters updating the company website
  • organising lunches and corporate events
  • supporting with internal and external communications
  • office management support
  • organising internal company events

As an integral part of the team, we are looking for a PA who is reliable, adept at multitasking, and able to remain calm under pressure.
