House Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated House Manager to oversee the smooth operation of a private family household in Belgravia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in housekeeping, excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a small team of staff efficiently. Additionally, the role requires providing personal assistant (PA) services to the family.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage household staff, including housekeepers, gardeners, and other support staff
Ensure high standards of cleanliness and organisation throughout the property
Develop and implement efficient household systems and procedures
Manage household budgets, inventories, and supplies
Coordinate and supervise special events and functions held at the residence
Provide PA services to the family, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Liaise with contractors and service providers to maintain the property
Address any household issues or emergencies promptly and effectively
Requirements:
Previous experience as a house manager or in a similar role for at least 5 years
MUST be a driver
Strong background in housekeeping with excellent attention to detail
Proven ability to manage and lead a team
Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends at times ( not all the time)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience providing PA services to high-net-worth individuals
